Golf Outings at
Ravisloe Country Club

Consecutive tee time outings are for groups of 20 to 80 players.  All players tee off from Hole #1 in consecutive order based on an assigned tee time given by the club.  Outlined below are the prices for the 2013 golf season.
 

• Add a box lunch for $8.00. The box lunch includes a homemade sandwich or hot dog, chips, fruit, and fountain drink.

• For consecutive tee time outings, a $100.00 deposit is needed to reserve a date and time.  Deposit will be deducted from the final bill at time of payment.
• Final participant numbers are due seven days in advance.  At that point, the final total will be determined and the group price will be determined.  If members of the group do not show on the day of the outing, Ravisloe Country Club will charge for those members who did not show.

To reserve the golf course for shotgun outings, charitable events or corporate events for one day for 80 to 144 players, the course charges $65.00 per player on weekdays (anytime) and $75.00 on weekends (after 1:30 pm).  This price includes greens fee, cart fees, range balls, event management, proxy contest markers, and personalized golf cart signs (must provide list 48 hours prior to event).
 

Lunch and Dinner packages are customizable and are available at an additional cost.

Any donated beverage items will be charged at the following rates to be brought on-premise:
 Non-alcoholic - $1.00 each     Beer - $2.00 each
 

If you book for a shotgun outing, charitable event or corporate event, your group will be responsible for minimums (90% of your total) based on the following schedule.
 

• If you book for 144 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 130 players.
• If you book for 130 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 117 players.
• If you book for 120 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 108 players.
• If you book for 110 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 99 players.
• If you book for 100 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 90 players.
• If you book for 90 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 81 players.
• If you book for 80 players, your group will be responsible for a minimum of 72 players. 

Shotgun outings on weekends typically are not permitted based on limited tee time availability for public-play golfers.  If you are looking for a shotgun outing on the weekend, please call the Head Golf Professional at 708-798-5600 for information and availability. If there is availability on the date requested, Ravisloe Country Club requires a minimum of 100 persons at $75.00 per golfer, no exceptions.

 

Also, availability for shotgun outings on weekends will be made only after 1:30 PM to allow public-play golf in the morning up to 9:00 AM.

• For shotgun, charitable or corporate events, a $250.00 deposit is needed to reserve a date and time. Deposit will be deducted from the final bill at time of payment.
• Balance is due (seven (7) days before any shotgun, charitable or corporate event.  All deposits are based upon the maximum quantity.  At the 7-day point when the final deposit is due, final numbers and the final total will be determined.  If additional players are added after the 14-day point, those monies are due in full the day of the outing prior to play.
